Christmas Card

Hi everyone!

Here is another idea for creating your own Christmas cards using stampin up products.

Firstly, to make this Christmas card, make a card base with whisper white thick cardstock. Use the paper trimmer to make a rectangle slightly smaller than the card with real red cardstock. Emboss the red rectangle with the brick embossing folder through the big shot.

Cut a window frame with whisper white cardstock using the hearth and home framelits. Also cut a Christmas tree using the perfect pines framelits and Christmas Designer paper series. Cut a rectangle to fit behind the window frame. I have used silver foil card stock but you can use other colours to match your theme.

Stamp a greeting from the oh, what fun stamp set on whisper white cardstock. Use the tags and labels framelits to cut out the greeting and make a slightly larger cutout using the Christmas Designer paper.

Assemble the card as per the photo using tear and tape adhesive tape. Finish the card by tying candy cane lane baker's twine around the card and making a bow.

Another great idea is the stampin up Stitched With Cheer Project Kit. It's an easy way to make lovely Christmas cards quickly and easily. This is also a great kit to get kids started on making cards. The kit coordinates with the Stitched With Cheer stamp set.

Please find a list of products used to make the Christmas card below.
